Privacy: the Neural Draft connector

This notice covers the Neural Draft connector at https://neuraldraft.io/mcp in every AI app you add it to: Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and other MCP apps (such as Cursor, VS Code or Gemini CLI). Our general privacy policy and terms also apply. The service is run by Neural Draft Ltd, Bedricha Smetane 13, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.

What we receive

• Your email address and name from Google or the email you verify with a code.
• The requests your AI app sends to our tools (for example "schedule this caption at 12:30"). We do not receive your conversation in Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or any other app, files you share with that app, or anything outside those tool requests.
• Content you create: brand kits, ads, captions, blog posts, schedules, and links to your social accounts (connected with your own login on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok).

How we use it

• To run the tools you ask for: make ads (Batchcraft), schedule and publish posts and blogs (Neural Draft).
• To keep the service safe: an audit log of each tool call (which tool, when, workspace and ids, never captions or passwords), rate limits and abuse checks.
• We don't sell your data or use your content to train AI models. Text generation uses AI providers under contracts that forbid training on your data.

Where it's stored and for how long

• Neural Draft data is stored in Google Cloud (EU, Belgium region); Batchcraft data in Google Cloud, Firebase and a managed Postgres database. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; social account tokens are encrypted in our database.
• Your content is kept while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it and your content within 30 days (backups roll off within a further 30 days).
• The tool-call audit log is kept for 180 days, then deleted automatically.
• Download links for ads expire after 24 hours.

Sharing

Neural Draft and Batchcraft are run by the same company and share your account identity so one sign-in covers both. We publish to social platforms (Meta for Facebook and Instagram, TikTok) only what you schedule. Service providers that process data for us: Google Cloud (hosting), Anthropic (text generation), Stripe (payments), Mailgun (sign-in and notification emails). We don't share your data with anyone else, except where the law requires it. Your conversation itself stays with the company behind your AI app (for example Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT and Codex) under that app's own privacy policy.

Your control

• Disconnect any time in your AI app (remove the connector in Claude, the app in ChatGPT, or run codex mcp logout neuraldraft in Codex), or revoke access under Settings → Connected apps in Neural Draft. Access tokens stop working immediately.

• Sign-in tokens expire after an hour and refresh tokens after 90 days without use. We store only hashes of them.
