Disconnect or delete your data

Disconnecting stops your AI app from using Neural Draft right away; your workspace and content stay until you ask us to delete them.

Disconnect your AI app

Claude: Settings → Connectors, open Neural Draft and choose Disconnect (or remove the connector).
ChatGPT: Settings → Apps, open Neural Draft and disconnect or delete the app.
Codex: run codex mcp logout neuraldraft (and codex mcp remove neuraldraft to remove it).
Any app, from Neural Draft: a workspace admin can revoke access under Settings → Connected apps in the Neural Draft admin. Access tokens stop working immediately.

Export or delete your data

Email [email protected] from the email you sign in with (or choose “Export or delete my data” in the form above) and say which workspace.
We delete your account and content within 30 days; backups roll off within a further 30 days. The tool-call audit log is deleted automatically after 180 days.
Cancel a paid plan first under Plan & billing in the admin, or ask us to; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
